Role Description

The Customer and Sales Officer (Arabic Speaker) is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

This role is responsible for engaging with customers in Arabic and English, handling inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

The officer will support sales operations by managing leads, following up on prospects, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, supporting channel sales partners, preparing basic sales reports, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues quickly and promoting a customer-centric culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
  • Experience with Sales Operations, including managing pipelines and documenting sales activities.
  • Ability to drive business growth through Lead Generation and follow-up on prospects.
  • Knowledge of Channel Sales and working with partners or resellers to support sales efforts.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English, with clear verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort with basic office software and CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
