Education
Bachelor’s degree in electronics or related experience required
Qualifications/Experience
Customer service experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with skills in training, installing, and repairing various models of industrial micro-processor-controlled equipment preferred
Experience working with ERP and CRM systems preferred
Required Skills
Bilingual (Spanish), preferred.
MS Office.
General personal computer knowledge.
Must be able to read and comprehend electrical schematics and drawings.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Must have a strong electro-mechanical aptitude.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing units to ensure the work is accurate and complete.
Good manual dexterity, fine motor skills, vision, and hearing
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds waist high alone and to handle up to 100lbs with assistance.
Prolonged standing, sitting, stooping, and bending.
Frequent travel required.
Valid Passport.
