The Role
AI Lead Recovery Systems is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager.
The part-time, fully remote role oversees service performance, client relationships, operational coordination, and continuous improvement.
The role focuses on service quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery activities and ensure agreed service objectives are achieved.
- Develop and monitor performance indicators, targets, and operational standards.
- Build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal service teams.
- Coordinate resources and priorities to support efficient delivery.
- Track issues, escalations, risks, and customer concerns through resolution.
- Review performance data and identify service and process improvement opportunities.
- Lead service reviews and provide performance updates and recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and support planning, transition, improvement, and change initiatives.
- Maintain service documentation, reports, action plans, and performance records.
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
