Role Overview
The role supports the coordination and implementation of AI-enabled workflows, digital tools, automation initiatives, and operational processes.
The position is part-time, fully remote, and offers exposure to AI technologies, digital transformation projects, and modern business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate AI-enabled operational workflows, projects, and business processes.
- Assist with AI tools, automation platforms, and productivity solutions.
- Research emerging AI applications, tools, platforms, and business use cases.
- Coordinate tasks, timelines, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
- Monitor automated workflows for errors, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support data organization, content preparation, process documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Test and evaluate AI tools for usability, efficiency, accuracy, and business relevance.
- Maintain records of AI processes, configurations, workflows, guidelines, and procedures.
- Collaborate across teams to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Prepare basic reports and recommendations on workflow performance and operational efficiency.
