Role Overview
The role supports coordination and delivery of AI-related projects, automation initiatives, and digital transformation programs.
The position works with technical and business teams on schedules, documentation, stakeholder communication, deliverables, testing, and project updates.
The opportunity is part time, fully remote, and based in the United Arab Emirates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of AI, automation, and digital transformation projects.
- Maintain schedules, task trackers, milestones, deliverables, documentation, and status updates.
- Coordinate communication among project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and other contributors.
- Organize meetings, agendas, action items, follow-ups, and progress updates.
- Track requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and outstanding deliverables.
- Assist with AI tool evaluation, testing, implementation, workflow development, and user acceptance activities.
- Support data collection, process mapping, project materials, technical documentation, and reports.
- Monitor timelines, escalate potential delays, and identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
