We're looking for passionate individuals to join our front-of-house team and deliver outstanding customer service with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate customer orders and process them efficiently
- Assist in food preparation and presentation when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or F&B role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
