- Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling services according to client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable styles
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workstation, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
- Ensure all tools are properly sanitized before and after each client
- Recommend and sell grooming products and services where appropriate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Manage appointments efficiently and maintain punctuality
- Stay up to date with current barbering techniques, trends, and products through continuous learning
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of the barbershop
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and professional conduct at all times
