• We are looking for an experienced Store Supervisor to supervise the single dark store operation and plan complete operations of a dark store.
• 📍 Candidates must be based in the UAE.
• ⏱️ Immediate joiners preferred.
• 🔹 Roles and Responsibilities:
• As the Store Supervisor, you will oversee daily store operations, lead the team, ensure inventory accuracy, and maintain high-quality order fulfillment performance.
• Manage day-to-day store operations: inbound/outbound activities, quality checks, replenishment, cycle counts, and Pick–Pack–Ship flow.
• Lead and supervise the store team (Pickers & Shift Leads), ensuring productivity, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock accuracy, and timely issue resolution.
• Oversee order processing to guarantee fast, accurate customer deliveries.
• Enforce compliance with packaging standards, safety guidelines, and operational tools.
• Plan shift schedules, support team training, and maintain clear communication within the store.
• Monitor store KPIs and drive continuous operational improvements
• Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
• 🔹 Requirements:
• 3–4 years of experience in dark store operations, warehouse, retail, FMCG, Q-commerce
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Strong skills in inventory control, order fulfillment, and store operations.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility in work location across the UAE.
• Physically fit to support store operations when required.
• Candidates must be based in the UAE.
