- Deliver packages and documents to customers safely, efficiently, and within agreed timelines
- Ensure all shipments are verified, sorted, and matched with correct customer details before dispatch
- Follow delivery schedules, optimized routes, and operational procedures to meet daily targets
- Maintain real time updates of delivery status through system applications and submit all required documentation
- Communicate proactively with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues
- Handle shipments with care, ensuring the safety and integrity of items during transit
- Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards at all times
- Maintain assigned delivery vehicles, including routine checks, cleanliness, and reporting any issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a car courier, delivery driver, or in a similar role within the UAE
- Valid UAE manual driving license with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience
- Good knowledge of UAE roads, locations, and navigation applications
- Ability to manage multiple deliveries in a fast paced environment and meet assigned targets
- Strong communication with a customer focused approach
- Physically fit and capable of handling delivery tasks efficiently
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and system updates
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and locations as per operational requirements

Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers safely, efficiently, and within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all shipments are verified, sorted, and matched with correct customer details before dispatch.
- Follow delivery schedules, optimized routes, and operational procedures to meet daily targets.
- Maintain real time updates of delivery status through system applications and submit all required documentation to the delivery center.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch teams and customers regarding delivery status, delays, or issues.
- Handle shipments with care, ensuring the safety and integrity of items during transit.
- Adhere strictly to UAE traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards at all times.
- Ensure readiness before departure by completing pre delivery checks and following operational guidelines.
- Maintain assigned delivery vehicles, including routine checks, cleanliness, and reporting any issues.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure proper usage of vehicles and equipment.
- Stay connected with the delivery center and be available for additional or emergency assignments as required.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.
Requirements
