Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient service operations within our organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating various service activities, managing communications among clients, service teams, and vendors, and facilitating the timely delivery of services to meet organizational standards and client expectations.

• Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and adherence to deadlines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, service technicians, and management to communicate service orders, updates, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor service delivery performance and follow up to ensure issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests, actions taken, and outcomes to support continuous improvement and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing service policies and procedures, promoting best practices, and ensuring team adherence.
• Provide administrative support including generating reports, managing databases, and handling billing queries related to service activities.

• Proven experience in service coordination, customer service, or related administrative roles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail to address challenges and improve service efficiencies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
