Role Overview
The Service Coordinator role supports kitchen equipment service coordination and maintenance administration.
The source requires 2–3 years of experience in the kitchen equipment field.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare spare-parts quotations based on client requirements.
- Handle and respond to spare-parts enquiries promptly and accurately.
- Draft detailed technical maintenance reports after service.
- Create and maintain a group scheduling summary report.
- Update daily technical team activities in an Excel tracking sheet.
- Maintain and update the Preventive Planned Maintenance planner.
- Remind the Technical Supervisor about the Annual Maintenance Contract list and upcoming due services.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000 to AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the kitchen equipment field.
