Quotation and Enquiry Management
- Prepare quotations for spare parts based on client requirements.
- Handle and respond to spare-parts enquiries promptly and accurately.
Technical Documentation and Reporting
- Draft detailed technical maintenance reports after service activities.
- Create and maintain a scheduling summary report for the entire group.
Team Coordination and Tracking
- Update daily technical-team activities in an Excel tracking sheet.
- Maintain and update the Preventive Planned Maintenance planner.
Contract and Maintenance Oversight
- Send regular reminders to the Technical Supervisor regarding the Annual Maintenance Contract list and upcoming due services.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in the kitchen equipment field.
- Ability to prepare spare-parts quotations based on client requirements.
- Ability to handle spare-parts enquiries accurately and promptly.
- Ability to prepare technical maintenance reports and scheduling summaries.
- Ability to maintain Excel-based activity tracking and preventive maintenance records.
