Position Overview
The Factory Supervisor manages kitchen equipment factory and workshop operations.
The role requires 3–5 years of commercial kitchen equipment fabrication experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise factory and workshop operations.
- Manage employees, allocate daily tasks, and monitor performance.
- Plan production according to project requirements and deadlines.
- Supervise fabrication, assembly, and finishing work.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with sales, estimation, design, procurement, and project teams.
- Monitor material usage, manpower, and production efficiency.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping within the factory.
- Resolve production issues and delays.
- Ensure smooth and timely factory operations.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–AED 4,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
