A bit about the role
As a Service Coordinator, you will provide operational and strategic leadership across the service, managing a team of dedicated practitioners and ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality family support services.
You will oversee referrals, coordinate resources, build strong relationships with parents and carers, and work closely with external professionals such as Play Therapists and other partner agencies.
The role offers a balance of people management, service development, partnership working and quality assurance.

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join a long-established family support service in Carmarthenshire while playing a key role in embedding a brand-new family support service across Ceredigion.
Our service works closely with children, young people and families to deliver high-quality support that promotes positive outcomes, emotional wellbeing and family resilience.
Through evidence-based parenting programmes and strong multi-agency partnerships, we are committed to making a lasting difference within local communities.
As the service continues to grow, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to help shape service delivery, strengthen community engagement and ensure families receive the support they need.
