Job Description
- The Service Advisor will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between clients and the workshop team.
Main Duties
- Receiving customer inquiries and repair orders.
- Preparing and reporting repair requests.
- Obtaining repair approvals from clients.
- Recording repair progress and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Closing job orders daily.
- Reporting carryovers and pending jobs.
- Tracking and updating the status of each vehicle under repair.
