Responsibilities
- Submit and collect documents from Customs, Ports within UAE
- Deliver invoices, customs documents, bills of lading, certificates, permits, and other operational paperwork
- Coordinate with customs clearance and operations teams regarding document processing and delivery schedules
- Follow up on document submissions and ensure timely collection and return to the office
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer documents
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently while complying with UAE traffic laws and company policies
- Assist the operations department with day to day administrative tasks
- Support customs clearance activities by facilitating document movement between stakeholders
- Coordinate with customers and vendors regarding document collection and delivery schedules
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License
- Minimum 2 3 years of driving experience in the UAE
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Professional appearance and customer service attitude

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Professional appearance and customer service attitude
Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
