Key Responsibilities

  • Individual customer assisted onboarding and referral.
  • Business customer onboarding support for Walk ins.
  • Grow volume and value of transactions at the Experience centres.
  • Upselling and cross selling all products and services to walk ins.
  • Daily Float reconciliations for each Point of Service.
  • Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Escalate walk in customer issues and follow through for timely resolutions.
  • Review the progress on actual vs target per KPI per POS.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
  • Collaborate with other Service Ambassadors and cross functional teams.
  • Daily update to the line manager about activities of the day.
