- Assist individual customer onboarding and referral
- Support business customer onboarding for walk ins
- Grow volume and value of transactions at Experience Centres
- Upsell and cross sell all products and services to walk ins
- Perform daily float reconciliations for each Point of Service
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively

Key Responsibilities
- Individual customer assisted onboarding and referral.
- Business customer onboarding support for Walk ins.
- Grow volume and value of transactions at the Experience centres.
- Upselling and cross selling all products and services to walk ins.
- Daily Float reconciliations for each Point of Service.
- Interact with customers in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
- Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Escalate walk in customer issues and follow through for timely resolutions.
- Review the progress on actual vs target per KPI per POS.
- Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with other Service Ambassadors and cross functional teams.
- Daily update to the line manager about activities of the day.
