Job Purpose
The Service Agent delivers professional food and beverage service and supports efficient outlet operations at Paramount Midtown Hotel.
The role works with kitchen, service, and wider hotel teams to provide positive guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve and clear food and beverage items and maintain tables, trays, and service trolleys.
- Coordinate kitchen and service activities and maintain knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally according to hotel standards.
- Support outlet opening and closing procedures and complete required checklists.
- Monitor equipment usage, stock levels, inventories, and par stocks.
- Work with chefs and Food and Beverage colleagues to maintain efficient service.
- Support other hotel outlets and departments when required.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least two years of Food and Beverage experience in a five-star international hotel environment is required.
- Strong guest service skills, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.
- A hotel school degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Upselling, HACCP, or WSET Level 1 training is advantageous.
