Role Overview
Restaurant Manager role leading restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experiences within a hotel F&B operation.
The position is responsible for operational excellence, team leadership, and commercial performance.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead restaurant operations and maintain high service standards.
- Drive operational excellence and create memorable moments for guests.
- Coach, motivate, and develop a diverse F&B team.
- Focus on revenue, productivity, and profitability.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver seamless VIP and guest experiences.
- Maintain strong organization, communication, and operational follow-through.
- Lead the restaurant floor and support fast, efficient service.
What We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role within hospitality.
- Strong food and beverage and restaurant operations knowledge.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Knowledge of menu planning, recipes, administration, and kitchen organization.
- A Mashgiach Certificate is required.
- Experience in a multicultural environment is advantageous.
- Positive attitude and ability to work with speed and efficiency.
