Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong knowledge of German automotive systems, diagnostics, and maintenance standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer friendly manner
- Familiarity with workshop management systems and basic computer skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
