Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service requirements
- Prepare repair orders and accurately document customer concerns
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance services, costs, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding repair status
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and service reports
- Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction
- Upsell maintenance packages and additional services when appropriate
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership
- Experience with multiple vehicle brands is preferred
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in workshop management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid UAE driving license preferred
- English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
