We are looking for a highly experienced **Senior Service Advisor** to join our premium automotive service center specializing in German, European, and American vehicles.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical understanding, excellent customer service skills, and experience handling premium automotive brands.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand vehicle concerns
- Create repair orders and coordinate with workshop technicians
- Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines
- Maintain regular customer updates throughout the repair process
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Recommend additional maintenance services when required
Requirements
- 5+ years experience as Service Advisor in premium automotive workshop/dealership
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Technical knowledge of European and American vehicles
- Experience using workshop management software
- UAE driving license is an advantage
- English proficiency required
