The ideal candidate will act as the liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a smooth and positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their service/repair needs
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Keep customers informed about service progress
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain records of services and transactions
- Promote additional services when appropriate
Requirements
- Previous experience in a car workshop or automotive service center
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to upsell services and parts when needed
- Computer literacy (job cards, invoicing systems)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
