About the Role
The Service Advisor is accountable for the physical readiness of the autonomous vehicle fleet.
The role operates across rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment and supports vehicle launch, repositioning, charging, and compliance reporting.
Vehicle Readiness and Launch Support
- Inspect vehicles entering the depot and assign the appropriate action.
- Ensure every vehicle meets launch-ready standards before each shift and complete required checks and sign-offs.
- Support autonomous vehicle troubleshooting during launch, software updates, and readiness checks.
- Use operational systems to monitor vehicle states, log tasks, and communicate updates.
Fleet Operations and Logistics
- Arrange, manoeuvre, and transit vehicles as required.
- Set up chargers and manage charging cycles.
- Respond to operational requirements while prioritizing safety and fleet availability.
