About the Role

- Welcome customers and conduct vehicle inspections
- Prepare job cards and coordinate repairs with workshop and parts departments
- Provide customers with repair estimates and regular updates on repair progress
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and efficient vehicle delivery
- Promote additional services, maintenance packages, and value added products
- Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain exceptional service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- At least 2 years of mandatory experience in Qatar
- Previous experience with a luxury automotive dealership in Qatar is a distinct advantage
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong automotive technical knowledge and computer proficiency
- Valid driving licence
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred
