- Welcome and assist showroom visitors while ensuring an excellent customer experience
- Manage walk in, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and online customer inquiries
- Accurately log and track all leads in the CRM/DMS system
- Coordinate lead assignments and ensure timely follow ups throughout the sales journey
- Conduct customer follow ups for inquiries, test drives, bookings, deliveries, and post sales feedback
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM performance reports
- Support customer complaint resolution and maintain accurate customer records
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous CRM experience in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience using CRM/DMS systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced environment

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive with a background in the automotive industry to join our Sales team.
