- Provide regular updates to customers on service progress.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after service completion.
- Upsell additional services such as periodic maintenance, repairs, and accessories.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain service records and update CRM/system accurately.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced workshop environment
- Basic computer and CRM system knowledge

Role Overview
- We are looking for a detail oriented and customer focused Automobile Service Advisor to join our service department.
- The role involves acting as a bridge between customers and workshop technicians to ensure smooth vehicle servicing and high customer satisfaction.
