Overview
- We are seeking a motivated and customer focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell new and used vehicles to individual and corporate customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models and features.
- Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Generate sales leads through walk in customers, referrals, networking, and follow up activities.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales transactions.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, competitor activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide excellent after sales support.
