Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automobile Sales Executive to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling vehicles, generating new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell new and/or used vehicles to individual and corporate customers.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives for prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals professionally.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle handover.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on vehicle specifications, market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and outdoor sales activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience sales,
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; Hindi, or Urdu is an added advantage.
