Responsibilities
- Support and update customers through their entire service journey
- Manage minor escalations and difficult conversations
- Organize customer appointments digitally and physically in the Service Center
- Act as a coordination point between customers and the Service team
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistency in customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual KPIs
- Continuously create, identify, and implement improvements to the customer experience
Requirements
- Customer centric mindset
- Solid background in customer service
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of car repairs and technologies
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexible team player
- Valid GCC driver's license
