Job Description:
This is a varied role where you'll work closely with customers, engineers and colleagues across the business to help coordinate service activities, manage administration processes and keep vital records up to date. You'll play an important part in delivering a great customer experience while ensuring service jobs progress efficiently from start to finish. Full training will be provided on our systems and processes
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule routine service visits and agree service dates directly with customers.
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, providing professional and timely support
- Create and maintain service jobs, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Raise purchase orders, process paperwork and support invoicing activities.
- Order and allocate parts to service jobs, resolving any administration issues that arise
- Review engineer reports, record hours and mileage, and follow up on missing information
- Prepare warranty claim documentation and maintain accurate supporting records.
- Work closely with engineers, planners and internal teams to help deliver an excellent service to customers.
