About the Role

Responsibilities
- Greet guests by name, if known, and assist in seating them comfortably
- Serve guests within assigned stations under the supervision of the manager and supervisor
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of food, beverage offerings, and service details including preparation methods
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively respond to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
- Report any customer complaints to the supervisor in a timely manner
- Place orders in the kitchen and ensure proper operating equipment is set up on tables
- Stock cabinets and drawers with adequate mis en place to facilitate smooth and efficient service
- Maintain a well groomed appearance and wear the prescribed uniform at all times
- Ensure outlet cleanliness is maintained at all times
- Stay familiar with all hotel facilities to assist and guide guests
- Conduct daily inventory of supplies and equipment
- Perform side duties and other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager
