The Server role supports the operation at Fox Meadow Country Club in Medina, Ohio.
The position welcomes members and guests, takes food and beverage orders, and supports an exceptional dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests and provide attentive service.
- Take food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar.
- Understand the menu, answer guest questions, and offer recommendations.
- Recognize and resolve guest concerns while maintaining an elevated dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all work areas.
Candidate profile
- Candidates should have a full understanding of the menu and be able to answer guest questions.
