Position Overview
Executive Sous Chef position at Weymouth Country Club in Medina, Ohio.
The role supports food preparation and production across the club’s food and beverage areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and producing food items for all food and beverage areas.
- Set up, clean up, and organize cooking stations with proper supplies, products, and equipment.
- Prepare menu items collaboratively with food and beverage staff.
- Ensure food items have attractive and consistent presentations.
- Accommodate customer requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Excellent people and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and perform.
- One to two years of cooking experience is preferred.
