Working alongside servers, bartenders, and hosts, this role ensures the dining room runs smoothly, efficiently, and with the level of polish that defines the Red Door standard.

Server Assistants anticipate needs before they arise—supporting the team, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with pacing, and ensuring every table is guest-ready.

They help create the flow and rhythm that allow our guests to relax, connect, and enjoy memorable moments from start to finish.
