Pepper is hiring an SEO Account Manager / Project Manager for its Mumbai team and US Eastern Time schedule.
The role owns customer relationships, account health, revenue retention, expansion, and delivery orchestration for an India customer portfolio.
This is not an SEO execution role; it focuses on account ownership, customer success, project management, and commercial outcomes.
Schedule and experience
- The role is based in Mumbai on-site and follows US Eastern Time, listed as 5:00 PM–2:30 AM IST.

What you will own
- Manage approximately 8–15 customer accounts and build trusted relationships with senior marketing, growth, and content stakeholders.
- Run client calls, monthly business reviews, quarterly business reviews, escalations, and follow-through.
- Own renewals, retention, upsell, cross-sell, expansion forecasting, and account health.
- Manage engagement plans, delivery milestones, dependencies, internal coordination, and client commitments.
- Translate business goals into SEO and content priorities and provide proactive strategic recommendations.
