What You’ll Do
- Own each customer’s Reddit strategy, including relevant subreddits, participation methods, and standards for success.
- Build authentic community presence and participate in buyer conversations without using spam or obvious marketing.
- Plan and run helpful answers, AMAs, founder participation, and well-placed brand content.
- Use Reddit as a listening engine to surface customer language, objections, and content ideas.
- Track performance and report results clearly to customers.
Reddit and Search Expertise
- Understand Reddit culture and the unwritten rules of communities to help brands earn goodwill.
- Understand how Reddit threads rank in Google and are cited by AI engines.
- Build a point of view on community-led growth and its long-term effects.
- Balance brand goals with community needs to maintain credible, sustainable participation.
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on Reddit experience and knowledge of what gets content upvoted or removed.
- Understanding of Reddit’s presence in Google and AI search.
- Strong writing and judgment, with a human, helpful, and on-brand communication style.
- An ownership mindset and comfort working across multiple accounts.
- Comfort using AI tools to work faster.
Nice to Have
- Experience growing a community, subreddit, or brand presence on Reddit.
- Background in organic growth, content, social, or community.
- Familiarity with social listening and the relationship between Reddit, SEO, and GEO.
