About the Role
CFI Financial Group is looking for an SEO & ASO Manager to own organic growth across web and mobile. The role involves technical SEO, content strategy, app store optimization, and GEO/LLM search visibility.

Responsibilities
- Own the technical SEO roadmap: crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, and indexing
- Conduct regular audits using tools like Screaming Frog and resolve issues proactively
- Monitor and grow non branded organic performance via Ahrefs and Google Search Console
- Own the backlink profile: outreach, digital PR, toxic link disavowal, and domain authority tracking
- Develop and maintain internal linking strategy
- Build and maintain a keyword strategy targeting high intent terms
- Brief and collaborate with content writers to produce SEO optimized content
- Identify content gap opportunities and translate them into an editorial calendar
- Own ASO end to end: keyword research, metadata, screenshots, preview videos, and ratings strategy
- Build and manage custom product pages (iOS) and custom store listings (Android)
- Lead app creative optimization and run A/B tests on store listings
- Track ASO keyword rankings and adapt metadata strategy
Requirements
- 4 6 years of hands on experience across both SEO and ASO
- Proficiency with core SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4
- Experience with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, or MobileAction
- Strong understanding of how technical SEO, content strategy, and UX intersect
- Comfortable working with data to track what matters and can build a clear performance narrative
- Awareness of the GEO/LLM search landscape and how it is shifting organic strategy
- Excellent written English; Arabic is a strong advantage
