Position Summary
Design, configure, support, and continuously improve Workday Human Capital Management solutions.
Partner with HR Operations, Global Process Owners, the PMO, and HR Technology and Analytics teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor and lead solution design efforts across HR functions.
Workday Configuration and Solution Design
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM business processes, organizational structures, supervisory organizations, job profiles, staffing models, custom reports, and calculated fields.
- Lead solution design discussions and recommend scalable approaches aligned with Workday best practices.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional system configurations.
- Lead unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Troubleshoot complex configuration, process, and system issues.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with HR Operations, Global Process Owners, Product Leads, PMO resources, and HR leaders.
- Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and solution design activities.
- Advise stakeholders on Workday capabilities, limitations, and recommended approaches.
- Support organizational change management and adoption.
