Position Summary
Application Engineers are primary technical resources for domestic and international field sales teams.
The role manages technical evaluations, supports proposals, advocates for products, and provides reliable customer solutions through the sales cycle.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop product and application knowledge related to customer requirements.
- Prepare proposals from sales-team input and respond to functional and technical RFP requirements.
- Operate Bloom NOx, Conventional Program, and Regenerative Program software.
- Maintain organized quotes, calculations, proposals, project folders, and project timesheets.
- Resolve customer issues and maintain professional internal and external relationships.
- Provide project status updates and travel to customer sites for field service, start-up, integration, and training.
