- Lead the end to end implementation of a digital wealth platform, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, integration, UAT, and launch
- Design digital client journeys covering onboarding, KYC/AML, risk profiling, portfolio construction, execution, and reporting
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to build API integrations with core banking systems and market data providers
- Configure investment offerings including Mutual Funds, Bonds, Structured Products, Discretionary Portfolios and Digital Asset Allocations
- Establish straight through processing (STP) capabilities for execution, settlement, and reconciliation
- Work closely with development teams on sprint planning, feature prioritisation, and quality assurance
- Support advisory workflows, regulatory reporting, and ongoing platform enhancements
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, WealthTech, or Digital Transformation
- Proven track record in implementing or building digital wealth or robo advisory platforms
- Strong understanding of investment products and portfolio management workflows
- Comfortable working with APIs, user stories, and cross functional technology teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of financial regulatory requirements within wealth and investment management
- Willing to work and be based in Dubai

Key Responsibilities
