About the Opportunity

Relationship Manager / VIP Accounts Manager (CIS) leads account management efforts within the VIP retail program in the CIS region.

The Relationship Manager is expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including regional and global growth teams, product and engineering teams, and Business Intelligence teams, as well as effectively lead a team of regional sales.

He/She will proactively nurture and enhance relationships with local key trading accounts, VIP accounts, being in contact with them frequently and building relationships.

What You Ll Be Doing

  • Primary point of contact for a number of actively trading VIP clients.
  • Expanding relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs, supporting inquiries.
  • Support users to navigate OKX range of product offerings, VIP structure, and key updates and changes on the OKX platform and products.
  • Offer and manage VIP upgrades and various product configurations.
  • Responsible for the revenue growth from trusted accounts and scaling business partnership
  • Actively contribute to the regional strategies that align with the overall company goals, recommend and see through objectives, targets, and action plans, keeping to timelines.
  • Support Product & Engineering lines for product development activities
  • Active involvement in regional online and offline marketing activities and business events; stay up-to-date with industry/product/social trends and customers views and attitudes.
  • Comply with the company s guidelines and practices.
  • Monitor competitor activity, analyze market trends, and provide insights to improve OKX VIP offerings.

What We Look For In You

  • Account management experience in Cryptocurrency, Finance, FX, or any related space
  • Strong client management skills including maintaining strong relationships, organizing client profiles and incentivising client business activities.
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm with a data-driven approach
  • Understanding of trading systems and API is a strong plus.
  • Open to business traveling to CIS, MENA, SEA or other regions if required.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse and international internal teams and external partners; experience working with key stakeholder management; Able to work with stakeholders across different levels
  • Being fluent in English and native Russian is a must.
