About the Role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the definition and shaping of digital banking products
- Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity UI aligned to the design system
- Apply and work within an existing design system, maintaining visual consistency
- Translate business and user requirements into design solutions balancing user needs with constraints
- Collaborate with cross functional client teams including product managers, developers, and other designers
- Communicate design decisions to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Work across multiple product areas simultaneously, managing own time and priorities
- Participate in regular VML department meetings and contribute to team culture
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UX and product design
- Proven experience in a product environment within a corporate or enterprise organization
- Solid experience working with and applying a comprehensive, established design system
- Experience with user research
- Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, hierarchy, and consistency
- Experience collaborating directly with clients and client side teams
- Native Arabic speaker
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
- Experience in financial services, banking, or similarly regulated environments is a strong advantage
