Role Overview

  • We are looking for a Saudi Community Manager to manage and grow our brand's online presence across social platforms.
  • This role will be responsible for engaging with audiences, moderating conversations, and ensuring a consistent and positive brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day community engagement across social media platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand aligned manner
  • Monitor conversations and proactively engage with the community
  • Escalate sensitive issues and manage online reputation
  • Support content publishing and ensure alignment with brand tone of voice
  • Track and report on community insights, sentiment, and performance

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in community management or social media
  • Strong communication skills in English/Arabic as needed
  • Ability to handle high volumes of interaction and work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends

Workplace

  • We've adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.
