- Strong command of Figma, including component architecture, auto layout, variables, and design token conventions
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate
- Native Arabic speaker
- Willing to spend time in the office each working day

- We're looking for a talented and detail obsessed Senior UI Designer to join our Customer Experience team in an embedded capacity with one of Saudi Arabia's leading banks.
What you'll do
- Produce high quality, high fidelity UI designs across a wide range of digital banking products and features.
- Work confidently within an existing enterprise scale design system.
- Translate wireframes, flows, and product requirements into polished, production ready visual designs.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, product managers, and front end engineers.
- Provide visual design QA at key stages of development.
- Manage your own workload across multiple concurrent features or product areas.
- Participate in regular VML department meetings and contribute to the wider CX team's knowledge sharing.
You will have
- 6+ years of experience in UI and visual design.
- Proven experience working within an enterprise scale design system.
- Experience designing for complex, large scale digital products.
- A strong command of Figma, including component architecture, auto layout, variables, and design token conventions.
- The ability to take a wireframe or a concept and elevate it.
- Experience collaborating directly with clients and client side teams.
- The ability to work independently in an embedded setting.
- Experience in financial services, banking, or a similarly regulated, large scale product environment is a strong advantage.
- A strong understanding of usability principles.
You will be
- Based in Riyadh, or willing to relocate.
- A native Arabic speaker.
- Willing to dedicate normal working hours (9 6), not in parallel with other working commitments.
- Willing to spend time in the office each working day.

- You'll be joining VML's 20+ strong MENA CX department.
- The client environment is design mature with an established design system and collaborative team culture.
