- Lead the preparation and review of strategic urban plans, policies, and frameworks aligned with national and sectoral objectives
- Develop and manage housing and real estate development strategies, including land use optimization and supply enhancement initiatives
- Oversee the preparation of regional, master, and local plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and planning standards
- Coordinate with government entities, municipalities, and stakeholders to align development priorities and facilitate project delivery
- Conduct and review urban, socio economic, and technical studies to support planning and investment decisions
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of planning codes, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks
- Monitor implementation of strategic plans and provide recommendations to improve efficiency, sustainability, and housing outcomes
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in urban planning
- In depth knowledge of the Saudi Building Code, national housing programs, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong capability to develop policies and guidelines supporting housing supply and real estate development
- Experience working with government entities, municipalities, and private developers
- Ability to align planning initiatives with Vision 2030 objectives and national housing strategies
- Advanced skills in data analysis, feasibility studies, and market assessments for real estate projects
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with experience mentoring junior staff
- Ability to manage multi stakeholder environments and drive results under tight timelines
