Design intuitive, user-centric digital products for hospitality, food and beverage, restaurant technology, and fintech applications.
The role works with project managers, developers, and stakeholders across web and mobile products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Conduct user research and translate business requirements into design solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Ensure consistent branding and user experience across products.
- Iterate designs using stakeholder feedback, usability findings, and business needs.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Partner with developers to support accurate design implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer is required.
- Strong Figma proficiency is required, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Design Systems, and Prototyping.
- Knowledge of user-centered design, usability, responsive design, visual design, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes is required.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, project management, and deadline-management skills are required.
