About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs
- Improve conversion rates and customer experience across e commerce websites
- Conduct UX research and usability testing
- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams
- Design landing pages, checkout flows, account dashboards, and promotional campaigns
- Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Maintain and evolve the company's design system and UI standards
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for UX improvements
- Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy
Requirements
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of UX, UI, Information Architecture, Responsive Design, Design Systems, and Accessibility Standards
- Experience working with developers and product teams
- Experience with e commerce platforms and conversion focused design
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front end development is a plus
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is preferred

Requirements
