- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business stakeholders
- Analyze sales, customer, marketing, and operational data to identify opportunities for growth
- Monitor e commerce performance metrics including conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and retention
- Create recurring reports on revenue, inventory, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets
- Work with management to define business metrics and reporting requirements
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic business decisions
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems
- Collaborate with marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level
- Experience building dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Overview
