About the Role
FP Trading is looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of client portals, IB portal, website, and landing pages. The role covers the full design process from user research to high-fidelity designs.

Responsibilities
- Own the UI/UX design of the Client Portal, ensuring a clean, intuitive experience for clients managing their accounts
- Own the UI/UX design of the IB Portal, tailored to the needs of introducing brokers and partners
- Lead design of the company website, including new landing pages for campaigns and product launches
- Map and design the end to end client journey — from first website visit, through onboarding, to ongoing portal use — identifying friction points and opportunities to improve the experience
- Maintain design consistency across portals, website, and landing pages through a shared design system
- Contribute to future design work on the CRM, covering data views, workflows, and internal tooling
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and translate findings into design decisions
- Build wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to scope requirements and ship features
- Present design rationale and research findings to stakeholders and leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with portals, dashboards, or other data heavy platforms
- Strong portfolio showing end to end product and web design work
- Expert in Figma (or similar tools); working knowledge of prototyping tools
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards
- Experience designing for both product platforms (portals) and marketing surfaces (website, landing pages)
- Experience with client/user journey mapping across multiple touchpoints
- Experience running user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with portals, dashboards, or other data heavy platforms
